TERMS & CONDITIONS
Preferred payment method is by a verified PayPal account with a confirmed address.
Paying by eCheque through PayPal means it may take up to 14 days for the cheque to clear and therefore delay the dispatch of your item.
Other methods of payments
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, postal orders or personal/business cheque then contact us directly during working hours. Cash on collection is also accepted.
We aim to dispatch all items within two days of purchase. Items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
All items will be securely wrapped prior to dispatch.
Items are delivered through Parcel Force.
If the item hasn’t arrived within 48 hours please contact us.
All other items are sold as seen.
If the item is damaged in transit by the courier and returned within 7 days we will make a complete refund. PLEASE NOTE should you choose to return the item for ANY other reason we will deduct all postage fees plus a 10% handling charge.
All breakable items such as headlights and taillights must be inspected by the purchaser to ensure they are not damaged before signing for the delivery, or a refund will not be made.
We are always open to feedback. However please give us a chance to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.
